You have your hands full with poopy kittens.
I think a double batch of baked goods are in order.
That was a smart lady, she knew Candy would be popular and she staked her claim early on.

The rescue kept asking the lady if she wanted to hold and meet Candy first before she committed but the lady said that she knew that Candy was her kitten. Of course, I had told her all about Candy while she was waiting to do the paperwork so she was doubly convinced.
Plus she didn't want to be running any cars off the road speeding in to get her application in once Candy was on the market. Didn't even ask how much the adoption donation was.

Candy's gonna be a spoiled girl I'm now armed with a small box of chocolate cake mix and can of cream cheese frosting. Mmmmm

Awww, the orange ones would be cute as Pumpkin & Butternut, no idea on a name for the tabby one. They are just so tiny, how could someone just box them up and leave them on a shelf. The mother must be so sad to have kittens taken. Glad to hear Candy is getting a good home, I liked that one too. But, like Shirley, I think I just like all of them

You could name the orange and white one Pumpkin Spice Latte, and the other two Cinnamon Chai and Peppermint Mocha

Ahrn, did you just get back from Starbucks?
Kittens went for a visit to the vet today because the little orange one was not doing too well last night. They got fluids, B12 shots, and Clavamox.
Then a trip to Walmart to clear the shelf of Fancy Feast kitten canned food.
I need to get on the listing train before my VISA bill hits the mailbox.

Oh God love them and you Kritter! I think you should start drinking wine in the mornings!!! I don't know how you do.
Boy your threads sure play on the heartstrings. I think it's a good idea we don't live close.

They are doing really well. I think they are out of the woods for now.
Itty bitty is not eating as well as the other two but he is starting to play and doesn't look like he is trying to die on me.

Glad to hear that Kritter.
Those sick little ones can go south so fast it's scary.

Two very sick ones right in a row has put a strain on my heart.
It is scary how fast they can turn and decline right before your eyes. Or worse yet, when they come right out of their carrier that way.
Thank goodness we are at the end of this kitten season. I would much rather deal with the adults.

I've only ever seen crossed paws when the cat or dog is comfortable and serene. A good sign!

The Thanksgiving kittens are going to have to get in gear on their weight gaining or they are going to be the Christmas kittens.
Will see about getting some pic updates on them.
I have been working with Snickers and Kitkat on their social skills as they go back to the rescue on Tuesday and they need to be at their best 'sparkle and shine' potential.

Yes, they are. Snickers has really come around and KitKat is working on it. I have been spending a lot more time with them the last couple of days and will step it up more with KittKat tomorrow.

I'm very sorry to bother you, Kritter, but I REALLY NEED to see the little orange stripey one! I need to see if he looks happier and has lost that bewildered look in his eyes.

Only for you sister...I will get some pics of them tomorrow.
It looks like Snickers broke with ringworm this weekend so I have been a little occupied with that group although there is nothing I can really do but put Fungasol on them and try to keep it contained with them. They can't go back to the rescue until Saturday now.

Yay at the pics but boo to the ringworm. Poor little fluffies. And poor Kritter, beset by trouble. I hope it doesn't spread. I will visualise a house full of perfectly healthy cats and send you vibes. I will also have Lamington do his special dance to the universe for you. It gets some very good results. Bummer on the ringworm. One of my cats had that years back and yes, we all got it too. Ugh.

Kritter isn't the only one around here that needs to post some kitty pic's. There's a few kitty mommy's who haven't post any pictures of their babies. Wink wink.

Mine are shy! They run away at the sight of the camera. But if you want to see blurry bums disappearing through doorways, I can probably oblige.

(((Kritter))) I feel for you for all the cleaning that ringworm involves. Hang in there sista, lots of kitty prayers coming your way that nobody else (including you) comes down with it.

Thank you, CCLs, for all the encouragement. I would rather have kittens with anything else but ringworm but I apparently I don't get to choose. The cleaning after they leave on Saturday is going to be the killer.
Kenya was a happy girl because I read in my room with her last night instead of in the foster bedroom.
And the good news is that the tiny orange kitten now weighs 13 ounces so he gained 5 ounces in a week. And that was his weight before he ate his Fancy Feast canned food.

Great news on the weight gain.
That was a lot of hard work to get him that built up.
Kudos to you Kritter!!

Thanks, Shirley. I was just thinking that this time last week we were at the vet getting B12 shots and enhanced sub-q fluids. He still gets butt baths at least once a day so I think I am going to add some water to his canned food to try and moisten things up in his digestive track. Not sure if that will help but both of us are getting tired of these trips to the kitchen faucet. Looks like it is just about time for kitten bowling at your house.

Yep, it sure is.
He is so fat when he curls up he makes a purrfect ball.
I've introduced him to some of the Aunties and they all are in love with him and want to spoil the heck out of him. He certainly won't lack for playmates.
I will post some pics later on today.
