Now I can pet the cat body instead of all that hair.
I think she is a cutie too.

She looks great! Does she seem happier without all that extra fur?

Yes, she does seem happier.
She is really strutting her stuff because she knows that she is lookin' good.
All that hair could not be any advantage to her. Every time she would try to groom, she would get a mouth full of hair.

I told her that she looked cute and she rolled over belly up.

She's still a beauty. I'm glad she has a new home to go to where it sounds like it will be a perfect fit for her and her new owner. Kudos, Kritter!

How did Sabrina react to Savannahs new haircut?

Sabrina is not at all interested in how much fur Savannah has. She was just hoping that Savannah was gone for good.
Think I might be getting some kittens this weekend or two momkats with kittens from a hoarding situation. Something like 30 cats in one bedroom that were pulled out by Animal Care Services.
The rescue that helped with Savannah pulled 14 kittens this afternoon and had to leave the little families there which she said broke her heart. She wasn't sure she could round up enough fosters for them all.
I need to help after what she has done for Savannah.

OK, I admit, she looks darn cute. Not stupid like some cats do with that cut. It's her eyes, they're gorgeous.

I am going to kinda be missing her when she goes.
She has all kinds of personality going on.
I can't believe it has only been 2 weeks. They seem like they have been here longer than that.

30 cats? That just boggles the mind.

It definitely boggles the mind especially if they are all in one room at the same time.
A good commercial for spay/neuter.

Absolutely gorgeous house and very nice couple.
They have 4 other cats and you would never know there was a cat living there if you didn't see them. They must have a live-in maid or two.
Savannah touched a few cat noses, looked over part of the house, and then went and hid in the closet in the ladies' office.
I felt really bad about taking her away after she had gotten close to me. I always have a harder time parting with the adults than I do the kittens. If it doesn't work out, they will give her back to me.
Sabrina is still staying on top of the totes on top of the dresser. I don't think she believes that Savannah is gone. She got fooled when Savannah came back from the groomers and she is not falling for her "disappearance" again.
I am going to try and get her into the groomers next week.

Well that sucks that she's going into a herd bigger than what she left I hope it works out, but let me know if it doesn't. Maybe Savannah and Hootie would get along.

Sabrina was down from her perch this morning and sat in the window sill when I opened the window for her.
I think Savannah would probably do OK with a multi cat household. Plus that house is so big with so many rooms that she could probably stake out her own territory anyway.
Sabrina would probably have a more difficult time but then again, she may surprise me now that Savannah is gone.
I will probably email the new owner on Monday and see how things are going if I don't hear from her.

I think Sabrina will come into her own now that Savannah isn't around to boss her. She seems to have been under Savannah's paw for quite some time and never had a chance to assert herself and be her own cat.

I think you are right, Shirley.
Just from what I could gather in the short time I was at their house was that Savannah was the favorite and received more attention that Sabrina.
I don't look for Sabrina to be rehomed anytime soon and she definitely needs to be an only cat or maybe with one other cat.

Scheduled Sabrina's spa day for tomorrow morning.
I think she sheds worse that Savannah.

And any news on Savannah, I hope she is settling in ok.

I haven't heard anything about Savannah. I am going to email them on Wednesday to see how things are going.
Going to pick up an itty bitty foster tomorrow that had one of it's legs amputated today.
Will definitely post pics of Sabrina. I doubt she will top Savannah on the cuteness meter.

No, not from the hoarder house.
Nobody knows for sure what happened because the idiot left the kitten in a box in the parking lot of the city pound.

Karma better catch up to that jerk. But it's in good hands with you. I will make sure the kitties add the little one to their prayers tonight.

Yes, this little one will need prayers.
The word is that she only weighs a pound so either very skinny or very young.
