It's not original or cute for a kitty but he looks like a chunky little bear cub so I'll throw Bear out there.

He is the fattest kitten I have ever had Kritter.
He is starting to wobble around so may work off some of the fat once he really gets going.

Do we know if baby is a boy or girl? I had a lighter gray rescue/foster I called Bear that looked a little like that one with his Teddy bear face so Bear or Teddy are my suggestions if it's a boy.

Fashion I think it's a boy, at this age it can be hard to tell and he squirms and yells so much when you hold him it's hard to get a good look.
His coat is really interesting, the body hair is black underneath with silver tips and is long and wavy, the head, legs and tail are black and much shorter and straighter hair. Can't wait to see how it develops as he grows.

So you're making him part of the pack or is he getting adopted?

I'm sorry Shirley.
This little guy is adorable and what an usual coat. He is a male? I am just assuming because of the size or is it too early to tell? I would probably call him (or her) Pepper.

Button gets to go in next time. She was sleeping and missed all the fun this time around. That kitten is going to have a lot of aunties to play with once it starts walking. I see lots of kitten bowling in it's future. LOL! They are so precious and they will grow so fast!

MomKat is now called Mia and she is both sweet and gorgeous. Baby needs a name, so all suggestions are welcome. He will be 3 weeks early Wed morning and he is already over 12 oz, he is one fat kitty baby. Pugsley.

He does look a little pug like too, especially in the first picture posted today.

He is so cute. He must be very well cared for.
Looks like he has a mask. Maybe a name could have something to do with that. I'm terrible at names but maybe Zoro?

I don't know Bliss. He is such an unusual kitten that I am very tempted to keep him myself.

Could the person who is adopting Mia be conned into, errr convinced to keep them together since he's an only child and all.

Ah yes, Smokula who outlived her adopted mom and is now living with her human sister.
That was possibly the worst "bad hair day everyday" kitten that I have ever seen.

Who is this we you speak of? He can't go with his mom, she is going to a home with another adult cat and their human mom isn't interested in dealing with kittens anymore. I'm sure he will find the right home.

LOLOL Exactly!
He will find the right home before you know it.
This is a good time of year to be a kitten. You can be very choosy about the home you pick because there are not that many kittens available from Thanksgiving through January.

He does look like a little bear cub - or a mohair teddy bear.

The Aunties do love him. I let them in again today and they all were loving on him and he even got a brief taste of kitten bowling.
I swear he grows as he sleeps. He was 12.1 oz yesterday and today he is 12.3 oz.
He is the fattest kitten I have ever had and he just keeps growing.

Those are going to have to be strong bowlers to heave him across the floor unless you put him on wheels.

He didn't scoot too far that's for sure.
He is trying to walk around some, but with that belly dragging he doesn't get too far before he lays down and takes a nap.
He needs a kitten treadmill.

Jelly it's my favorite time with kittens.
Once they open their eyes and start exploring the world and start moving around they are just too adorable.

Jelly it's my favorite time with kittens. Once they open their eyes and start exploring the world and start moving around they are just too adorable. And then comes the learning how to eat out of a dish and walking through the food and the water while they are doing it. The Christmas Kittens are almost out of that stage, thank heavens.

Bring skittles over to play with him. Then I'll come pick up skittles when I get back from my trip. All your cats will be in shape by then.
