If you return I would sweep my account of all funds as soon as they hit it. I sure wouldn't leave money sitting in there anymore. I"d also make sure it wasn't linked to any major accounts they could tap into. I'd set up an account strictly for it I could clear out. I wouldn't trust them at all.

I doubt you'll hear from them on a Sunday, probably have to wait for a business day. Hopefully it all gets straightened out for you tomorrow and you at least get access to your money.

It has been restored. I was also notified that if I dare to change the e-mail address back, account will be permanently deleted. I guess I'd better be a good girl and behave.

So you didn't do anything wrong other than an email they didn't like and they still threaten you with future suspension to keep you in line? Wow what a piece of work they are.

Wonder if they get interest on the sellers money that sits in their accounts? I know PayPal does.
If so they have a nice little money making method going.
Suspend someones account with no notice, freeze their funds, don't respond to emails, stall, stall, stall. And meanwhile the longer they have your funds the more interest they collect.

As bad as eBay can be, a problem like this would have been cleared up on the first phone call in minutes.
Wonder when the first seller will file against Tradesy for interference of trade?

Oh, one little tiny nuisance. Don't even know if I should complain about it since my policy-breaking account was generously restored after only 5 days of waiting... ALL of my listings lost ALL of their "loves". I guess it's like they were removed completely and listed back again. It's an equivalent of losing all of your watchers on ebay. Wonderful.

Do you find that 'loves' have anything to do with sales? Most of my items that sell do so before they have been up long enough to accumulate many 'loves'. I too get the feeling that it is the equivalent of watchers on Ebay-------- they are either waiting for a markdown or are competitors selling same/similar

Since my account was reopened, sales on Tradesy have been booming. I sold 7 items there in 3 days. 2 of them were not even listed on ebay yet. I am impressed. Maybe by refreshing my account they actually did me a favor.

uggh Makin I'm so sorry this happened to you & glad to gear at least that your sales have improved. I really despise Tradesy, they don't know how to run a business and their customer service sucks. But I still have my account there, any sale is a sale these days tho few & far between.
I'd like to see Tracy & Linda in a ring together and let them battle it out, two hostile meanies.
