yeah, she got put out in the rest of the apartment with a large bin stuffed with kitty toys, a bowl of dry food, a water fountain, 3 of the 4 windows to look out, and the cat tree.
Poor little fluffy kitty my azz.

Trixie is a trooper. She can handle it. Sometimes these kittehs just need a little time out to reflect on their goals in life and their ways of meeting those goals.  |

I have a "pet protector" cover on the love seat. Quilted outer fabric, underside is quilted but more of a waterproof fabric. Her lastest fun thing to do is bury her mouse in the corner and then gleefully dig for it. She ends up pulling out one side completely usually and the noise it makes is like popping bubblewrap. I alternate between annoyed and amused.

Kuppy Kake Kitten Skool has a hard enough time getting a 5 minute plan in play much less a 5 year one. Miz Sabrina does the best that she can with what she has to work with.  |

I have resorted to the spray bottle on both cats. I tried the stream setting first. Epic fail. Trixie loved it and tried to chase the water stream.   Then I switched to the spray/mister setting and her first spray got her full on the face (she turned her head at the last second, I was aiming at the side of her head). She didn't like that at all. Now all I have to do is hold up the bottle and she stops in her tracks. Hootie is acting out, he may get a squirt or two as well |

No kidding. He was ok when she was little, but that she's getting big enough to have a mind of her own (and take him on) he's not so OK with her.
He's been getting yelled at and he's about to get the water bottle treatment too.
Good news is they'll both settle down and get along when it comes time for momma to get in bed and read. The goofballs.

Slinking away cause I dont use a wimpy spray bottle, I have a super soaker squirt gun for my miscreants. Don't anyone tell MissP cause I would be in a lot of trouble.  |

Miss Trix has a temper it seems. She was sniffing out todays purchases as I hung them up, swatting at hems etc. I told her NO BAD CAT etc. and at one point leaned down and tapped her on did the pointed finger thing at her nose (didn't really hit her nose, now that I think about it). She raised up her paw and swatted my hand. I had to turn my head so she wouldn't see me trying not to laugh.
