Ninja got adopted last Saturday and they are keeping his name as Ninja.

Kritter, One the way home from church yesterday DD texted me that a friend had found a tiny male kitten dumped in her neighborhood. Jen sent me a picture and it was adorable. But I said no. Now I feel bad. I was wondering if you can train a kitten to go downstairs in the basement if I would put a litter box there.
Funny it was white with black marking and so my rescue dog.

Yes, you can. With a small kitten, I would keep him in the same room with the litter box until he gets a little older.
Kittens are like kids when it comes to bodily functions. Play, play, play, oops, gotta pee right this minute. And there you have it. No budgeting time to get to another room to use the litter box.
