I was organizing my Purina One cat food stash today and found a bag of Purina One Indoor Advantage + Plus if you still need Indoor Advantage. Anytime I see Purina One Plus on sale not matter what flavor, I grab it. Never know when a cat food scarcity is going to happen and I will be prepared when it does.

Happy new year, everyone!
I went to Orangetheory's 'last workout of the year' with DJ Steve Aoki - they ran us around the gym at a clip and I really liked the music. Had a quick cup of coffee to restore myself then met my running friend and we did our 'last run of the year' - 2.5 miles with the dogs and 3 miles without the dogs. Then we went shopping - we'd been going to go to the pub afterwards but it wasn't open yet so went home. I was all wore out lol and had a nap. Geez, I never used to need to do that, but it did feel good to climb into bed and put the covers over my head for a while. The DH was at one of the desktops in the bedroom watching the game on one part of the screen and coding on the other part - multitask! The rain held off during our run, but when I looked out a bit ago it was raining again.
No way are we going anywhere tonight - I have a couple of nice ales to drink and the DH has a bottle of wine. He's watching videos and I'll be reading.

We went to DD's last night. DH is definitely NOT a social butterfly and is usually highly uncomfortable in social situations, but he really had a great time! I'm really happy about that!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
DH finally got around to putting my new desk chair together last night and I LOVE it. The lumbar support feels great. I am going to get a cover to hopefully make the PU leather last longer. My old chair had more duct tape than PU leather and would make a dumpster embarrassed to be seen with it, lol. We did the "old phart" routine- watched Twilight Zone marathon, popped open bottle of Martini and Rossi, turned to Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year with a minute to go, did countdown, said, "Happy New Year", smooched, touched glasses, drank, turned back to Twilight Zone and watched til bottle was empty and went to bed. sunsetpainter- I can totally relate to your DH and it is something that he had a genuinely great time.

I was in bed by 8. Woke up about 12:13. People still setting off fireworks in the rain and fog. Definitely not fireworks weather.

Yay! I found the box my ergonomic mouse was packed in! I couldn't find the USB though, but I did discover you can buy replacement USBs for the mice so I ordered one. I'll keep the cheap wired mouse I bought as a backup in case the mouse on my PC or the mouse on my Mac go out.
