And I have no idea why. I tried logging in to confirm a sale and wasn't able to, received a message to contact trust@tradesy.
Lucklily I have no money outstanding with them, but I have one to ship and one more to confirm right now. So frustrating they don't give any info, hopefully I don't have to wait too long to hear back.
I did read Makin's thread from when she was suspended, but I have a gmail addy so that's not the issue.

Sorry this happened!
I posted on their FaceBook page when Makin had her issue and they responded to me. I got a lot of responses from other seller's who were suspended for no reason, too.
They are utterly ridiculous. I'm glad I never got started there (I tried, just didn't like them for some reason).

This is the first time I've ever really had a problem with them. I've had a few returns, but all but one of them they handled themselves and resold the items under their house ID. I hope this gets cleared up quickly, I don't want to lose the two sales I have pending over there.

Ugh, that sucks. I hope this is something ridiculous on their part like it was with me. My sales there are pretty damn slow, but extra $600-1000 I get from them a months is a lot of money for me. I'd be devastated if the kicked me out completely (although they are most likely going downhill anyway). Keep us updated!

Finally found out it was a return coming back to me, but since they had already released the funds and I'd transferred them to my PP they suspended my account until it was repaid. Would've been no problem at all if they'd communicated with me before doing that, but it's all taken care of now and I'm back up and running.

A simple email to you explaining the situation and asking you to reimburse the payment would have solved the whole thing days ago.

Buyers have 4 days to return and this is also the minimum hold time after delivery date. b) what a effin genius way to deal with seller "owning" them money by preventing the seller from selling c) communication is, as always, top notch (sarcastic)

It was taking longer than usual and I was worried about a return, but then they were released so I thought I was good. I had two pending sales there that would've made a decent dent in the cost of the return (of course it had to be one of the more expensive things I've sold recently), it was really aggravating that they wouldn't just apply that to the amount owed. Their communication SUCKS, the CSR I talked to on the phone was nice but clueless and the trust/safety peeps take their own sweet time getting back to you about anything.

Just a heads up about what was going on would've been nice.

Go to "payouts" and in the greyed out transactions (ones that they money are being held for) click on any of them. You'll see "inspection hold" line with watch drawing underneath. If the watch is green, it's all good, if it's grey, it means item is being returned.
