I have a few things I was going to send to Thredup. A couple of them have flaws (shoulders taken in on a cashmere sweater, small hole on top of the turtleneck of a DVF dress). Do I send them a note to state the flaws? Or if they don't see them and a customer complains, do they take my money back?

I haven't sent anything flawed (that I know of), but my take on it was that they're supposed to inspect the items - part of the service. I get so little per item that whether I get $$ back or not is kind of moot for me. One I'm supposed to get 65 cents on consignment. Our idea of flaws here on this board is so meticulous that half the time apparently Thred-Up doesn't even see them.
