Lord. I sent the survey answer and basically told them they were dumb for doing what they are doing. I got the C&P answer from Chistina O that all sellers who are complaining are getting. Then today I got the below.
So am I satisfied that I got a copy and paste answer about the fact that they are raising fees way to much and the customer service is non existant? Nope. I am not.

We’re committed to ensuring that this increase pays for itself with a better selling experience and more sales for you.
For clarification, our shipping label is an added cost that the buyer pays for at checkout and is not charged to sellers!

For all sellers, we’ve begun creating additional listing categories, which means more possibilities of your items getting discovered and purchased more quickly. We’ll continue to share these tips - more is coming soon! We also will be sharing insights with you to understand how often your items are already being found in searches.
