Is it Tradesy? I remember one being mentioned that sends an email to verify if it's available so you don't have to worry about double sales if you have it on Ebay too. Can't remember which one though.

Tradesy asks you to confirm or cancel.

Thanks, Think I will list a few duplicates there then. Can't hurt to try it.

That's what I figured, peek. I opened an account and listed a couple of things there on Sunday. Literally, a couple. I'm sure I need more than that to stand a chance, but it's a start.

Has anyone sold anything there? I have one item listed.

I've sold 6 items there in about 4 months. I have an average of 100 items listed, all duplicates from Ebay. Never had a problem with a double sale, plus they ask if the item is still avail before confirming the sale.
Since I edit all my photos in photoshop before listing anywhere, it takes probably 3 minutes or less to add a listing to Tradesy once I've listed on Ebay. Just cut and paste.

How does it work after a sale? Don't you send it to them, then they send it to the buyer? Do I have to pay for my shipping to them? If so that's going to eat into profits for heavy items. Off to read up on their site.

No, the the shipping thing you mentioned is Shop Hers.
On tradesy you ship directly to the buyer, and there is an option if you want to use their packing materials/postage (which they send to you) or use your own.

That must be the one I was thinking of. So does the buyer pay for the shipping? I looked on the site but wasn't clear how that worked. It says you can download a prepaid label or use your own shipping. If I download the prepaid one do they deduct it from the sale? If I use my own do I get paid the cost? They need a better explanation for us slow to catch on types

If you choose to use their shipping materials and label, they will tack on the shipping cost on top of your price. So if you price something at $50, the buyer will see $57 (just as an example).
This also happens if you choose to use your own shipping supplies but still use their prepaid label.
If you choose to use your own supplies AND postage, it will prompt you to enter a shipping cost, and that money will go to you just like it does on eBay.

Thank you for clarifying. Went to list my first item there but don't like their condition options. I don't use like new for anything but it doesn't have obvious signs of wear or flaws either. Grr I saved it as a draft, will work on it more tomorrow. In Ebay I just say no flaws noted. I don't say it will be in like new condition, which to me means if you put it next to a new one you won't be able to tell the difference and one washing is enough to negate that.
Got everything else set up, my paypal account etc. So just need to figure out what I am going to do with condition then it should go pretty quickly double listing over there. Also need to see how their fees compare to ebay FVFs so I know if I have to set prices higher, will do that tomorrow too. It's getting late and may brain is too tired to learn something new.

I wouldn't worry too much about the "like new", I use it even when something has been washed. There are no defects there and I've never had an issue with the condition.
If there's anything noticeable like pilling or something, I wouldn't use it, but otherwise you should be fine.
