On all of my sales that are awaiting to be shipped there is this blurb "You must insure the package and enter an active tracking number to complete this sale. " This is something new. Of course that would be great to get some elaboration on this, but I can't find anything in their FAQs. Anyone got any emails about this?

I havent seen anything. I know it wasnt on the orders I processed late last week.

I've noticed that lately too. I think that's just a reference to the fact that we are on the hook to refund the buyer if something goes awry during shipping. So you can either buy insurance or "self insure" but you will be refunding the buyer either way and out the money for the item.

Where is this seen at? I have an order right now pending and I don't see it, but then again, I don't know where it's showing either.
