I had a potential buyer contact me about shipping charges on multiple purchases. I replied that I did combine for reduced shipping, that it was based on the actual weight of the items, and to wait to pay until I had sent an adjusted invoice.
I heard back from the buyer asking how to do that. Before I respond, I thought it best to verify with the experts here - if she just does the BIN (not just put in her shopping cart) on several listings, can I then go in and send her an invoice with the reduced shipping (I don't have IPR)? She is a new buyer with a low feedback # if that has any relevance.
