Tradesy for the second time sold something that I had already taken down. This one I took down over a week ago. I've written to them about it. I think this happened to someone else here. I hope they don't hide my closet because of this.

That stinks. I noticed more and more of my takedowns are reappearing. It's extremely annoying. I don't think they'll hide you. They should just let us all sync our Ebay/Etsy store but I guess they're too cheap.

They did that to me, but only once. I sold something on Ebay, and I removed the listing from Tradesy. A few weeks later it sold on Tradesy and I had to cancel that order. It wasn't featured or anything either, just put back up.

The first one was featured, this one was not. I tried to take down a top the other day when it sold on eBay and it took three tries. I've taken to going back there and double-checking, and it still happened.
The first time I thought it was because when an item was featured it appeared in two actual different places (instead of virtually), so one had to delete it twice, in 'regular' and 'featured'. Very clumsy, but they use .gif files for their labels which is ridiculous, so why not something cranky like that? This time the item was not featured. As for the top, it kept reappearing until I got it out of featured, regular and then went through it again.

I removed a few items a few days ago and logged in today and the items were back up. They need to get this resolved.

I'm glad I'm not the only one (though it's a pain that it's happening so often to others, too) - did you guys submit a ticket or send an email? I'm thinking that if enough people complain they'll get on it.

I talked to Tradesy support (email) and said this had happened twice. They were pleasant and said they would not mark the cancellation against me, and to contact them with the listing # if this happens again. As far as I'm concerned, it won't because I'm going to check my closet twice a day and make SURE listings aren't being sticky. If this happens to you again, though, write or call (again) - this particular buyer was disappointed enough to write back and say this was happening too often - 5 out of 8 purchases. I commiserated with her and said that I was certain some people are simply sloppy about updating their closets, but several of us have had these 'ghost' listings which we had deleted but had not been removed from the system, and being regular online sellers we're accustomed to staying on top of this stuff and Tradesy had already said it was a glitch. I said I had submitted another ticket to support over this, I was still sorry for the disappointment. She might think I'm full of it, but I was so obviously frustrated in my email that she might not.
