I sell fabric on a regular basis - pricing it is tough as I just sell in bulk. Most things like that I get $10-12 yard if I'm lucky.

There's an active listing on eBay, by the yard, for 19.99 or best offer, with free shipping.
There are a couple of sold listings, but they're for different colors, not blue.

I have a Waverly that hasn't sold in forever. But it is only about a yard & has weird cuts, so that may be part of the reason. I think I was asking $14, down to $9. But I'm guessing with more yardage, you'll do better.

I'd also sell it by the yard but allow buyers to purchase as many yards as they would like.
