The cats that were on it yesterday on the TV were really going wild on it.
In fact, I would bet most watchers were distracted by the wheel action going on behind the lady opening the boxes. I know that I was.

That is cool. But for that price I can buy a lot of treats and catnip and mine will be just as happy with that. Or they better be. They already have more toys and fun things then I do.

My cat would get the wheel moving and it would scare him and that would be the end of the cat treadmill in my house.
Speaking of cats watching, me and the cat actually sat down and watched TV last night (cbs.com on the internet). He watched Hawaii Five-O, but then turned around and went to sleep in my lap while I watched NCIS New Orleans and Blue Bloods. He must like the car chases and scenery in Hawaii Five-O.

I've seen those on their facebook posts. WAY too much money and real estate needed for this household. They'll have to settle for running up and down the hallway.

I'd have to clear out the eBay totes if my cat wanted to run up and down the hallway.
Then again, he uses it like a military obstacle course, so maybe I'll leave them where they are.

The one on the TV looked really big so the real estate needed for it is a concern.
I have 6 cat trees up already so they are going to have to be happy with that.
I have some fairly frisky guys here so I was looking for a way to wear them out.
Plus watching the kittehs using it on the TV show was very enticing. She should do a commercial and get a cut from wherever she got it.

Kritter! You and Dantes could start Cat Web while you're marketing the Meow Boxes! Shows for cats, owners could leave the computer on all day and the cat could watch! Sell subscriptions!

Val, if I buy one of those wheelie things, can I write it off as a business expense for Cat Web?

Of course. As long as it's used in the web videos. Proof of business use, KWIM?
i don't think you can pay your cats as actors though and deduct the wages. They'd have to have SSNs and that might be hard to get without birth certificates.

Years ago I had the tv on late at night and there was some animal program on about ferrets. It was for people but there were a lot of scenes of these ferrets racing up and down stairs and doing other crazy stuff. A cat would love to watch that.

Ah, but do any of those stream on the internet? Why pay cable prices if you can get cat entertainment with a reasonable monthly subscription to an internet servcie?

We could even have commercials for the Meow Boxes on the web video.
I remember the videos that they had at some park or someplace where you could watch the nightlife animals come and eat. Oh, and another one in Africa at a watering hole.
