IPR Account settings...where are they located?

My brain still feels like it's in a fog, so please forgive me. 

Concern: I've had IPR settings all along, but for the past week I had at least 4 sales where I had to wait on getting paid with BIN. Like as late as the next day. They were all strictly BIN listings.
Today I've got another one and wonder if eBay has changed my settings. It's a BIN that sold 4-hours ago. Problem is, I can't seem to find the setting for buyer requirements under My Account to double check it.

Am I blind? Having brain farts? I dunno...

Pretty sure it's not an account setting. You have to check it individually for each item on the listing form.

Shophippy is correct. The IPR required box is within each listing, not a blanket account setting.

It is on each listing but you can also bulk edit existing listings.

Thanks for all the help! I just couldn't figure out what might have suddenly changed.

It might be time for some new Rx glasses...
