My home cam caught the UPS driver throwing a small package at my door. Luckily it wasn't anything breakable. Can't believe the guy did it as my cameras are in plain site and he has been here quite frequently lately.

Last week, I had a substitute USPS carrier leave my order of Priority Mail shipping boxes in front of my garage door instead of the back door. I have a garage door opener so I just jumped in my car and hit the button. I didn't see the boxes so I ran them over. Good thing it was only a pack of 10 boxes!

I would never see them there & I'd have run over them too. Not sure my backup sensors would have noticed something so small. Glad it wasn't anything more important!

If it had been something from eBay, you could have claimed "not as described" and received a full refund! No problem! (in case anyone doesn't know me, I'm not being serious, just bitter. )

I also found 2 packages recently left in front of the garage instead at my front door and I have a side opening garage. They stayed out there all night because I didn't go out that day, so didn't see them until the next day. If it had rained, they would have been ruined.

I had my USPS carrier sign my name to a Signature Required parcel (over $2k worth of stamps) and put it in the parcel box....not once, but twice. I was at work watching the tracking on the package and saw that it was signed for by me. No one was home, so I knew it wasn't signed for by anyone else either. I guess I should be thankful he put it in the locked parcel box and didn't just put it on my porch...

That is really dangerous, even if the carrier thinks they are doing people a favor. Just imagine if it was out in the wrong box of building and the buyer had no recourse.
