Missing Funds

I sold 3 things on Etsy in the last week. 

The first item, I never received the funds, never got a notice that they were being sent and they aren't in my bank account.  Also, never got a request for a return.  

The second item, the funds are on the way. 

The third item, the funds equal the total remaining funds in my account

So where did the first item's funds go?  I emailed Etsy, but it'll probably take a couple of days for them to get back to me.

Just wanted to put this out there to remind you to keep track of your funds (which I'm sure most of us do).  But it's surprising how many people don't keep track of bank accounts, credit card bills, utility bills, etc and just trust that the business doesn't make mistakes.

Do they show up on your Etsy Payments page? Mine shows the date when a payment was received for an order and the date it was sent to my bank account.

Thanks Ahrn - but that's the page I use to check my payments and nothing about those funds.

It's weird, I never got them and they're not included in my remaining balance which is only $24.97 which is the amount I should get from my last sale which was only yesterday.

Don't know what to tell you, then. I have my payments set up to be automatically deposited to my bank account so they all show up on that page.

Me too. And then when they send them which is usually on a Monday, it'll say "Funds sent to your bank account." It doesn't say that for these funds and they aren't reflected in my account balance which is really weird.

Probably some kind of glitch. I wonder if I'm the only one.

I'll update once they get back to me in a couple of days.

Etsy employees check the forums, too - you might want to ask there.

In one of the EC blog posts last week someone mentioned missing funds. Can't remember which post it was... I'll check & see if I recognize it.

ETA, sorry but I can't find the reference now.
