I have a NWT Equipment blouse up for sale, retail 188, I'm selling for $137 shipped. Lo and behold, I stumble onto the site's opening page and there is the same blouse, same color and size, with MY pictures and description on sale for $40. First, I think that they are subsidizing (very generously!) a sale of my item but NO, it appears it is someone else's shirt!!!! Must have been stolen from a warehouse to sell for that price; way below wholesale and too cheap to take their own photos etc. Boy, I'm so pissed!!!! I wrote to their customer service. I mean, really, who does that?

I can elevate your frustration further. The seller who is selling it is Strawberry Fields, which is Tradesy themselves. They stole your pics and description. Funny that in their TOS they have a blurb about stolen photos and how you should report them. Wow.

Hmmm... did you have multiples of this blouse and sold it before? Here's what happened, it got returned and Tradesy is reselling it. They always use the original description and pics and have several ID's, including Strawberry Fields. They are also knows to actually buy your items if they think you underpriced them and then they resells them for much higher price. Happened to one of my items - bought something for $40 and STILL are trying to resell it for over $100 over a year ago.

Except she hasnt sold it yet?
A year ago Tradesy added the sell similar option for sellers. When you click that it will pull the photos and description from the original listing. The new seller changes just the IS they need to and lists it.
I actually complained to Tradesy about this and told them that sellers who spend the time taking photos and measurements arent going to be happy. It fell on deaf ears.

Except she hasnt sold it yet? That's why I asked if she had multiples. This top shows in both OP's active and sold listings. And if you click on the item in "solds", it will take you right to that active listing in Strawberry Fields closet, whoch measn they got it as a return and are reselling it with the same pics and description.

makin, you solved the mystery! I just looked at my solds--never had a reason to before, and see three things that they are reselling for a pittance, things that must have been returned. Really this is pathetic. But I'm still grateful I didn't have to accept the returns or deal with the buyers. So, I am calming down. Although there is another that they are selling for nothing that is a multiple I'm currently selling too. ugh...

Maybe this is why they had to raise their fee, since they are taking a loss on returns.
