I received an ASQ about shipping to South Africa. I have never checked the "ship worldwide" box, because there are countries I want to exclude. I only use the "choose custom location" box and check off countries from that list. Is there any way to add South Africa without going global?

Can you add the buyer to the exemption list?

I don't know if that will work. Would that allow it to calculate the shipping?

I don't understand - why can't you check off south africa and nothing else for that one item? I seem to have two choices: Choose custom location, with the following choices N. and S. America Canada Mexico Brazil Europe United Kingdom Germany France Russian Federation or Worldwide, with an option to exclude multiple countries. I don't see any way to indicate that I just want to add South Africa.

Just add the buyer to your exemption list.

Just tell her not to pay until you invoice her. make sure she (or he) knows the added shipping.
