On Saturday, I was listing on Tradesy items that I had listed on ebay. I was happy as I got up to 120 items. Most ever for me. I removed one since then that sold. That leaves 119.
When I go into Tradesy, I ALWAYS go to My Listings, I NEVER go to My Closet. I go into My listings tonight and there are only 91 active listings. But If I go into My Closet, there are 119 items.
If I add the items in each category in My Closet, I get 119 . But when I go into My Listings, and click on All, the amount of items in some of the categories, differ than what is listed in My Closet.
I never had this issue before. I guess I'm going to have to go into each category and figure out what is missing and I guess I'll have to contact Tradesy.
Anyone else ever have this issue?
It's been a very long day, maybe I'm doing something wrong.

WOW! I just checked mine. I never thought to look under the listings as I always just went to my Closet. I have 167 items under "Your Listings" and 213 items under "Your Closet". Where the heck did those other 46 things go?!? Guess I'm calling too.

I just quickly checked one category last night - jeans. One said 3 and the other said I only had 1. Should be 3. Don't know where the other two went. Haven't had time to check anything else.

Just signed out of Tradesy on phone app and searched my store. Said I had 119 listings which is right so that's good but why the discrepancy. When I sign back in and go to closet it shows 119 but when I tap on manage it shows 91. Something's not right.

I had the same issue so I contacted Tradesy chat and they fixed it. The rep said "there was a slight glitch in the system where there was a difference in the numbers, but our developers have fixed it".
Sounds like it's a pretty widespread "slight glitch".

We'll see how long it takes. But if you're on Tradesy, I would check your account. Sunset and I can't be the only ones. Ahrn had the issue too and had it fixed after contacting. So are they resolving only the ones they are aware of?

Same prob here. I have 598 items in my closet. But active listings listings have swung from 551 to 776! (more than I have) after going through the list and refreshing to "keep" old listings.

The rep I chatted with said she "resynced" my closet, but that only fixed the number of active listings. I still have different numbers for sold items when I go to "Your Closet > Sold" vs. "Your Sales". My guess is there's something system-wide that affects most/all sellers and they're trying to fix it globally, but if you contact them they can resync an individual account.

Thank you for writing in! I updated your closet so the numbers should now match up. The total number of items listed will include your sold items, so the number of "Active Listings" should be accurate now.

But nothing changed so I ler her know. Then got this reply:

I've had both problems - something sold that I had removed. Also my numbers have never really synced, but my closet is so piddly that I haven't bothered about it, I just double check removed items to make sure they stay removed.

This just happened to me this morning. I KNOW I removed that listing when it sold on Ebay. I got scolded by Tradesy for it.

I've found now that I have to keep removing it, and then check back - they have some nerve when it's their programming that's at fault.

New wrinkle in Tradesy land. I just sold a cashmere coat on eBay and went to delete it from Tradesy. Not there. All my other coats are still there but not this one which I am SURE was there. I don't have my accounts linked. So things are mysteriously disappearing. I certainly don't know how long it was gone. If it reappears magically there and then sells, I will be righteously pissed.

I received an email from Tradesy this afternoon wanting me to rate the support I received. Unbelievable! Fix the damn issue and then ask for my opinion.
To their credit, before it was 119 vs 91 listings, now it is 119 vs 92. So I got one back.

I told them, yea you responded to my email in a timely manner but the problem isn't resolved, so how can I rate the support I got when I haven't gotten any!

3 days since I emailed Tradesy. Out of 119 listings, I am now up to 104 on my active listings page.
I also noticed, that two of my listings never had the background cleaned up. Alot of times, they don't have to do anything because the background is already removed. There's usually a quick turn around from when I list to when it's cleaned. This has been a week now.
I'll deal with one issue at a time I guess.
