... as some items you have removed might still be active. I just got a text message about a sale and went too see what it was and WHOA it's a dress that sold on ebay a week ago and I KNOW I removed it from Tradesy. This is the second time I sold something that I know I have removed and there was probably a dozen of times that I cough items being resurrected from removed before someone bought them. I wrote to Tradesy about it, but didn't get anywhere except for "our tech team is looking into it". So, check your listings

This just happened to me and I posted about it somewhere in passing.
In my case, it was a featured item, and when I deleted it from my closet, the 'featured' version apparently stayed still for sale (or vice versa). I had to cancel the sale even though I know I had already deleted it.
At least I know now that I wasn't hallucinating. I had the a similar glitch on Etsy with a 'ghost' listing being sold which had already sold over a week before. Then I found it in my active listings only grayed out with 'sold' on it. I had to cancel it and disappoint my buyer.

And I just found another one! Damn it, do I now need to check it every single day?

I've gone through listings that have sold on eBay and have had to delete them three and four times before they're gone. AND I log in and out of the site just to make sure they're not in cache - nope, still there. I'm just fortunate that it has only been one sale I've had to cancel (I've had none since - guess that's my punishment for their screwed up coding).
