Well, it was bound to happen again. I was informed by a buyer that she received a pattern instead of her cashmere sweater. The other persons package is out for delivery today. What's best practice in this case? Have her mark return to sender? Ask they to please mail to each other? Or have her mail it to me?
This could actually be a 3-way f-up... fingers crossed I didn't get all 3 labels goobered up.

Hopefully you have honest and willing buyers who will help. Depending on the value, I would send them each the postage and ask that they put it on the package (make sure they have a printer). Or you can let the one buyer know not to open and RTS.

If it could be a three way mix up, you should have the other buyer refuse it so it comes back to you. The last thing you need is for Buyer #2 to send Buyer #3's package to Buyer #1.
