Do you receive emails from Tradesy about return?

When buyer returns an item and claims NAD, does Tradesy send you any kind of notification, an email? This is the third time someone is doing this and I get ZERO messages from Tradesy each and every time. I just notice my money being held and contact the buyer myself trying to figure out what's wrong. I do get all other emails, like sales notifications, reminders and ads. And this pisses me off! I sent them a message about it and got a canned response that didn't answer my concern, just a copy/pasted bullshit.

I had 3 sales on Tradesy where the buyer claimed SNAD. There were 2 found in the buyer's favor.
Tradesy did send messages right before the items were shipped back to me.

No more returns since, hardly any sales either.

No I had it hapoen twice but not for NAD. I don't think so anyway because I never received any contact from them.

One was for fit because the buyer emailed me.

Yes, they sent me emails--sometimes before getting the piece back and checking it over, I think. But certainly, before they send it back, if that's what they want to do. Of course, I was one of their professional sellers then. I don't know if they would do that now or not.

Buyer just emailed be back and said "it is just too small for me". Then why are they holding my money. I guess she did claim NAD because of fit. But at least I should get the money back.

Yes you definitely should get the money back in your account soon!

Tradesy now inspects every return before releasing the seller's funds. Even on buyer's remorse or fit issues I believe.
