I look through my camera lens when I can't read a tag. I've taken a picture and enlarged it to see it better.

I have readers all over the house. I also use a magnifying glass and a jewelers loop. At times I have to use the readers and the magnifying glass.
The grandkids really love the magnifying glass.

Also keep an Optivisor in my work box. Critical for very fine repairs as it leaves your hands free.

I bought one but then I realized what I really needed was glasses/readers.

I've had to start using "cheaters" not only for tags but for reading as well. A sign of getting older for sure. I now have a pair at my desk, at my TV/reading chair, in the bathroom (to read labels), and in my car. My goodwill sells foster grants from time to time for $4.00 so you can't beat that price.

I have readers all over the house except the room I am sitting in when I need them. It was so annoying I finally broke down and bought the "old lady" chain. I now wear readers as a necklace everywhere I go. I've even fallen asleep with them.
