I use stiff photo mailers or sandwich the wrapped/bagged bra between 2 pcs of stiff cardboard. And FC.

In my brain, you asked about molded cups LOL. For just plain underwire, I just use some padding for it, either a bubble envelope or fold it into a cushy large dry cleaning bag. It's molded cups that I do in a box. Sorry for any confusion.

I use a small box also. Walmart has small box that works perfectly that costs about $.50.

Funny you should ask this question today. I recently ordered a tankini top that has underwires and it was shipped in a cardboard flat rate envelope. It arrived with one underwire bent. 😡

I will use boxes for underwire and maybe for plain stuff. I have a ton of 9x6x3 boxes.
