Almost makes me want to upgrade...okay, not really I will if my listings ever justify it, tho! Of course, I call customer service about once every 2 years...

I'm glad they're doing something for anchor stores. Now I wonder - will it be manned by foreign ESL reps, or US reps? Given the cost of an anchor store, it better be US reps.
