I'm getting one back. It's a almost new never worn Lucky Brand shirt. Only 17.00 loss but there is nothing wrong with it.
So far they have not taken the funds back. I am hoping it's for fit.
Since we can't say no to this stuff, I'm not sure how much I want to list there.

I honestly think they are going to start finding more and more wrong with things to push the cost back on the seller. Tradesy I mean, not buyers. Though buyers too.
I really dont think that they expected the amount of returns they are getting back. Unfortunately, Zappos and Amazon and Ebay have created this culture.
What I am most upset about is that they immediately hold funds saying there is a return but they dont say why the return was initiated. It could be for fit but Tradesy might be deciding that there is something wrong so it doesnt affect its bottom line.
I am going to send an email asking them to be more transparent.

I just sent this email to them.
I recently had a return on Tradesy and had some feedback on the process for sellers. I feel constructive criticism is essential for growth.
For this return, I had no idea if the buyer was claiming something was wrong with my item or if the buyer was returning it for fit issues or??? I had to wait almost a week to get information about my item. At that point I had neither my item nor access to the money so as the seller I was in a very precarious position and wanted information. Many sellers on various online forums are also mentioning the same thing. Why arent we being given the reason for return? It is a simple transparency that should be happening to involve the seller in the process. This entire process left me feeling like a third wheel on a bicycle. Like I was on the outside looking in.
In regards to description of an item, Tradesy's options are very limiting. Many used clothing items have no issues, but arent like new. But if we say there are no issues the site shows the item as like new. It is misleading. When a buyer sees like new, they expect an item to have that same crispness as they would get from the store shelf. This is setting Tradesy and sellers up for returns. Sellers need to be able to tell the buyers that an item is gently worn but has no issues to put buyer expectations where they should be to reduce the amount of returns.
Thanks for submitting my input!

I hope they give you an honest answer Mup. I think one of the issues I always had with Ebay is they say one thing to the buyer and another thing to the seller.
I get a different more honest feel from Tradesy. However, that may only last until it starts hurting their bottom line.
But the email they send is very vague. They mention fit as a possible return reason. If that is the case, why make all the fuss? How are they going to "check" the item for accuracy in a fit situation?

Their choices for item description have always annoyed me. Glad you said something to them about. I've thought about saying something about it also but just keep putting it off.

I think the "let the team know" response is standard right before they hit the delete button.
