That's really pretty! And versatile - could be worn to a formal dance or holiday party, goth club, as part of a costume (stage or Halloween).

Crinoline is what's typically used under dresses for fullness, it's a stiff netting that keeps it's shape well. Tulle is more of a fine netting that feels much softer and it can be used on the outer layers without it being scratchy like crinoline would be. Looks like your outer layer is tulle, I can't tell from your pics if your under layer is also tulle or if it's crinoline, it looks like the pleats are pretty stiff so it could be crinoline, you will know when you feel it.

Peek the under layer does feel somewhat stiffer than the top. So could I use tulle?
Kind of reminds me of the skirt of a punk bridal gown or costume piece for a Tim Burton play.

You probably have a tulle skirt with crinoline under it. That is what I would go with. I'd use tulle in the title then mention it has a light (since it doesn't feel real stiff) crinoline skirt underneath for fullness. It's awesome, I don't even wear skirts normally but would be tempted by that one.
