It's been a long time since I've done a multi quantity listing and I need some help. I'm using the SYI form and can't find how to adjust the shipping if someone buys more than one. I've clicked all the "add or remove options" boxes but I'm not getting more options. All I get is a single shipping charge or shipping weight. I tried the "lot" option, but that wasn't right.
I might just have to give up and list one at a time, but there might be a buyer who wants more than one.

This may be no help at all. I use Inkfrog & on there to the right of where you enter the shipping there's a box that says + additional. Maybe something similar on the SYI?

I don't use SYI, but in Auctiva there is a spot that says something like "addition shipping" next to the shipping price box.

Emerald - its right near the shipping cost - directly to the right
I think you need to click on the blue link where it says add or remove options on top.
Here is what mine looks like.

Thanks, Desire. I finally know what was wrong. I usually use calculated shipping, but you have to used flat price shipping for multiple items, as you show in your screen shot. I didn't want to do flat shipping because it will vary so much depending on the buyer's location, but at least I know why it wasn't working.

Emerald - with first class shipping you wouldn't have to use calculated because it's the same rate for all areas - or are you wanting to use multiple shipping for priority?
Can you split the two up - or if you use calculated do you have to use it for ALL listings? Never used calculated myself, so don't know.

Desire, these items will weigh too much for first class if someone buys more than one. I listed it with flat rate shipping but will likely lose money on shipping if someone on the west coast chooses to buy more than one. Oh well, I'll be happy to sell them, so it's okay.
All my other listings have calculated shipping.
