Just in case anyone else is having this problem I thought that I would post about it, as there is a solution.
I previously purchased all my shipping supplies from CJ, and just ordered another 100 pink poly mailers, same style and same size 10 x 13, as previous orders.
Went to use them last week and found that it was extremely hard to slide a top that was packaged in a 10 x 13 zip-lock, into the pink poly bag. Also when the pink poly bag was sealed, the zip section of the zip-lock inside was starting to protrude into the poly bag and I could just see it busting through as it got handled through the system so I applied tape to the edges.
Went to check all my bags on hand and decided to measure them - sure enough the NEW pink poly bags were 9-7/8" wide, not the full 10" as all my previous orders. Found a few older bags and measure them and they were indeed a full 10" - so her new supply of pink bags is short by 1/8" and as small as that is, it's makes a big difference when final packaging is being done. I will just use them with my items packaged in my 9 x 12 zip-locks.
I wrote to Threeb and asked if they could measure their pink and blue bags and they wrote back that they measured a full 10", so I ordered them. The bags arrived a few days ago, and they are perfect, full 10" across, the 10 x 13 zip-locks slide right in with no problems or protrusions.
So, if you are having this problem and recently ordered 10 X 13 pink poly bags, it's the poly bags that are off by 1/8" that are causing the problem.

Did you email corijennin to let them know, so they can adjust their listings?

Interesting. She hasn't adjusted any of her listings. OH well, not my problem. And you found some to fit, so yay!

All the problem stuff seems to come from the SC location, not the California location. I wonder if it's just a warehouse with a few employees or what is there.

Wow, I didn't realize they even had two locations!
PS, I really like the cupcake envelopes.
