Sorry if this has been discussed already, but I have never seen this "Tip" from eBay before. It was a highlight on the top of a page when I went to print combined shipping. Hope this info helps at least one person:
Printing headers and footers is a browser-level setting. To remove headers and footers from your addresses labels or packing slips, follow the instructions below.
Internet Explorer
Select Page Setup.... From the File menu. Delete any content that appears in the "Header" and "Footer" text boxes. Click the OK button. Mozilla Firefox
Select Page Setup.... from the File menu. Select the Margins & Header Footer tab. In the Headers & Footers section, select blank in each of the pull-down menus. Click the OK button. Netscape
Netscape automatically prints Web pages without headers or footers. If you have changed these settings, you can remove the header and footers before printing.
Select Page Setup.... from the File menu. Delete any content that appears in the Header and Footer text boxes. Click the OK button.
