I mentioned this buyer on the BBL - but a quick recap.
Wins auction. Doesn't pay for 9 days (I usually file UPI before that but based on her FB on TH I waited). File UPI. Still doesn't pay (that's 13 days she had chance to pay). Case closed. Get my fees. Put her on BBL.
Relist item.
She sniped auction under a different ID.
I call ebay, explain everything and rep verifys that it is the same person. Rep told me to file UPI after two days and see the transaction through. Which I did knowing this witch would pay this time so when she gets the item she can screw me.
Yep! Case was set to close tonight and of course she paid today.
I was thinking of messaging her and telling her that I knew what she did and she's been reported to ebay already and not to pull anything. But that wouldn't look good for me. So, what if I put a note in with her item telling her she's been reported for nonpayment and circumventing my BBL which is against ebay policy and suggest she love the blouse and not leave FB. That might piss her off even more.
I just know she's going to ding me and then I'll have to call ebay and deal with that.
What would you do??

That's a tough one.
I'd probably just send it and hope for the best. Then deal with any fallout later. She could leave you perfectly good feedback.

I would ship as normal, then wait and see what she does. Hope for the best and call if you need to again.

Thanks home. Yeah that's kind of what I'm doing. Sent her a nice email saying thank you for purchase and item wouldn't ship till Tuesday. We'll see what happens.
I love that picture of you and your husband. He looks so sweet. He reminds me of an actor, but I don't know the actor's name.

I've had the same thing happen more than once. I found that those buyers typically do not leave feedback. Hopefully that is the case for you. Otherwise, ebay will remove the feedback even if it's positive with low ratings. It's just the nightmare of having to call and get it done.

I agree with home. At this point I would ship and hope for the best. But I'm pissed at the CS you spoke to. That transaction should have been canceled. Your buyer violated an eBay policy and CS acknowledged it. That's crazy for them to tell you to follow through. They should have offered to cancel then and there and sent your buyer a warning.

Agree with elly that it should've been handled differently by CS, but at this point, I'd just carry on as if it was a normal transaction and hope for the best.
I LOL'd at this part of your opening post:
"So, what if I put a note in with her item telling her she's been reported for nonpayment and circumventing my BBL which is against ebay policy and suggest she love the blouse and not leave FB."
LOVE THAT! I think I'll start sending that as part of my thank you for your purchase email. LOL. "If you know what's good for you, I suggest that you love this item."

I love that picture of you and your husband. He looks so sweet. He reminds me of an actor, but I don't know the actor's name. Richard Gere? George Clooney? or, perhaps.... Dr. Phil? Last time he was in the hospital, the patient tech (LPN) kept calling him Dr. Phil.

Home - That's funny! No it's not Dr. Phil. It's driving me crazy. I will think of it one of these days. If not the actor's name, at least shows that he's been in.
Elly - I agree she should've canceled right when I called. I guess she was too distracted by the awards party going on in the background. It was very distracting for me.

I am always apprehensive about comparing someone to someone else. I accidentally in my non censored thinking told someone they looked exactly like Mimi from Drew Carey show and it didn't occur to me that it was so bad and offensive that it should have never left my mouth but she really did, lol. I had to apologize.

That's it! Obviously, I'm not the only one that sees it cause you figured it out. Thank you. Now it won't drive me crazy trying to think of his name.
That's just too funny that you told someone they looked like Mimi.

I had a buyer do that. I cancelled the second transaction and called eBay. The CSR said I should have shipped it, now the buyer could claim INR etc. I told him circumventing a buyer block by creating a second id was against eBay policy and didn't that trump a false INR? He was really quiet for second and said "oh". I thanked him, hung up. I figured if the buyer bitched to ebay, I'd call then and probably win that one. She did email me asking why, and I told her. Not another peep from her.

Guess I'm in the minority, but no way would I ship. I'd cancel, call her out and let her know that Ebay has been informed of her tactics, so she better not pull anything with feedback/star ratings. I really hope things work out ok for you, these types of people really piss me off. As if you wouldn't figure out it was the same buyer!

I'd ship it. I'd be all sweetie-sweet about it, never letting on that I knew. But the minute she pulled anything, I'd be on the phone so fast her head would spin!
