I've been using Pandora, the free version, and enjoy finding new artists to listen to. But I'd like to use a streaming app to create playlists and don't know which one to chose. I'm a Mac user so Apple Music is probably my obvious choice but our DD loves her Spotify and DS is happy with Google Play. Is anybody here using a streaming service? Pros, cons or observations? Thanks!

I use Pandora, but mainly because I like just about anything they play on the genre stations. However, one thing they do which bugs me is playing songs that don't relate to the station, like I'll listen to 80's Rock Ballads and Welcome to the Jungle by Guns 'N Roses will come one. Yes, it's 80's rock, but definitely NOT a ballad.
My sons use Spotify.

Just recently became an Amazon Prime member again & have been playing around with Amazon music. I like it.

Oh, I hadn't even thought about them... another option tho I don't have Prime. I'll ask DD about it cause they use their Prime all the time.

I've heard a lot about Spotify, tried it and it wasn't user friendly enough for me so I went back to Pandora. I don't love Pandora but it's user friendly and easy to make play lists. Just yesterday I learned out how to stream music through my car, tried forever and couldn't figure out how to do it. Finally remembered to ask when I was dealership for an oil change. I'm loving it but need to find something I like better than Pandora even more. Guy at the dealership mentioned Google Play, haven't checked it out yet.
