She is brave in this image conscious world. However she still has the looks and body over and above most women her age.

From what I've read, the often horrible internet commentators have still declared her a total babe, flaws and all. Good for her. Plus that particular lighting is so unforgiving, I almost think she was photographed in worse conditions than real-life.

All I'm saying is she needs to start using sunscreen.

I would LOVE to have her body. I'm her age and let's just say I don't look anywhere near that good.

All I'm saying is she needs to start using sunscreen. That is what I was thinking! She does look like a in shape woman in her late 40s. Helen Mirren though? MAN!! Now that woman is something else!

She's in great shape, but the sun is taking a toll on her skin.

I wonder what she looks like in regular (non-studio) lighting. Does she really have that much visible sun damage to her skin?

Love it! And especially Jamie Lee Curtis's photo beside hers. I am not surprised that women feel bad about their bodies their entire lives when we are told so often that we have a (fat ass/no boobs/saggy boobs/thick ankles/flat hair/frizzy hair/body hair in general/thin lips/sagging jowls/.....fill in the blank!). Why not be happy for who we are, where we are, when we are?

Why not be happy for who we are, where we are, when we are? I can't believe I actually look better than that in my bra and panties. I am 53. Yes, she needed to use more sunscreen but probably too late now. I am not a sun worshiper. Living in Arizona, I intentionally avoid the sun. My doctor advised me to be in it 20 minutes a day for vitamin D but I can barely stand to do it. I take the vitamins instead.

When I go to the pool with my bestie, we pick a spot where we can put my chair in the shade and she can be in the sun. I'm pale. It is what it is.

Pale person here too. Sitting in the sun actually makes me feel a bit sick and dizzy. And I just burn. My vit D level was 13 when it's supposed to be about 70, lol. So I take the pills too.

Some men prefer creamy milk white skin.

When I was younger, I hated to sit in the sun. I'm pretty pale and would usually burn. But as I got older, I started to enjoy it. No one else in my family likes it, though, which disappoints me because I live on Long Island - we're surrounded by world class beaches for heaven's sake! So now, when the weather gets warmer, I'll go to a local 'ladies' beach (my nickname for this tiny little beach near where I live that usually only has a handful of middle aged ladies sunning themselves) and sit in my beach chair for about an hour once a week. I don't like to go when it's HOT out, and I usually get there about 10am, before the sun is really high in the sky. It's my little slice of heaven!

Some men prefer creamy milk white skin. Funny that you say that. I noticed, as a young woman, that I really liked lightly brown men. I married a fella of Italian descent and have always adored his olive colored skin. I have a friend who married and divorced two white men but found true love with a black man. I've always wonder what it is that attracts us to someone else before we even get a chance to know them?

She looks good. I am so tired of all the photoshopped unrealistic crap in magazines that I can barely stand to read them anymore. One look for all women is boring.

Good for her. I liked the funny looking girl that was on video after her too. She was cute and has such a unique look.

Seeing a super model's real body always makes me happy and sad - Happy that I really don't look all that bad, and sad that us women have been fed a standard that is impossible to attain, and we've believed in it.
