I hadn't checked out Ebay's shipping calculator in a while & this one was posted in my recent Seller News. I think this updated one is pretty nice - it has the new rates & shows discounts.
For package dimensions - I don't bother measuring every box. Just use the approximate dimensions of any standard Priority box for your calculations (I always use 11x7x4) unless it is a larger package.
