USPS website shows $50, ebay shows $100. Has it always been that way? My concern is USPS reduced it with the last go round of price increases and ebay hasn't caught up yet, but maybe it's always been that way and my memory is faulty.

I believe Ebay bumps it up to $100 for sellers that are TRS+ are you?

Yes, I think that Top Rate Plus gets $100 insurance, because I do.
