Check your PayPal account and see if you were issued a 1099-K. Log into PayPal, go to overview, then click on History, and in the drop down menu pick Tax Documents.
Your eBay sales you can get from your sales reports on eBay, or that's where I go anyway. I usually print out the reports for March, June, September and December. SInce the reports show 3 months at a time, by printing those 4, I get the whole year without wasting a ton of paper.
I import my PP data into Quickbooks and sort for shipping, but I think some other folks here can probably give you an easier way to get that info.

Do you mean the amount you paid for shipping? If you pay with paypal go to your paypal account and I think you can narrow payments down by vender. Choose USPS, I know you use to be able to do it that way, not sure if you still can. I caved and paid for Outright, it tracks everything for me. Hate their increased prices but it makes taxes so simple and it's deductible as a business expense.

eBay shipping will show differently than USPS, so you might have to search for a couple of vendor names.

After PP stopped posting the totals for USPS, I wrote down every shipping amount all year. Wasn't hard, since my accountant told me to record every sale that I made....so I just added the shipping amount.
Too late for you to do that, though.
I think I saw on the PS board a way to find it in eBay, but you have to download a report.

Denise - That's a great idea, writing it down. Everything else was easy to find. Someone said I can download it from paypal a month at a time. We shall see. Be glad when these taxes are over they make me nuts.

Since I only sell 2-3 items a day, it isn't hard. And great info to have when I can't find something and suspect eBay of relisting a sold item. I can look over my lists.
I record the item, last name and state of buyer. Sold for. I Paid. Shipping. Insurance.

Log into your paypal account and click on the "more" tab at the top of the page. Click on "reports". Scroll down and click on "transaction finder". In the keywords search box type in USPS, put in your dates, I do mine monthly. Then under "transaction types", choose "billing agreement transactions". You do not need the id number, leave it blank. Click search. You should see some show on the page but if you have a lot of transactions you have to click the download button on the right. Then you can print. I do this every month.
