She "says" she does. It is not an official charity listing, and violates listing policies.

The website in her listings does not exist, BTW. Unless she typed in the name wrong, as I did a copy/paste.

I think all the proceeds are probably going to feed her dogs which happen to be rescues.
At least she does not have it on a big banner at the top of her listings like some do.

She's a TRS+ with double the FB I have - she should know the rules. What she's doing is milking the system and it's not right. Llstings like this also make it harder for the real animal charities that ARE following the rules here.

Knowing the rules and following the rules are 2 different things.
She is sneaking that blurb in hoping that it doesn't draw attention because she knows the rules.

It's Weebly, not weebley. Her site comes up when that is spelled correctly.

She is also part owner of an estate sales company.
Sorry, but I cry "foul".

From the website:
"A nonprofit for rescue dogs is in our future but not there yet."
Since the dogs are her dogs and live with her and she isn't a charity then it is indeed a foul and needs to be stopped as it makes all legit charity listings look bad.

It takes a good bit of work to get approved as a legit 501c non-profit.

A lady in our area was passing herself off as a bird rescue and people were donating money all year. At the end of the year all the donors found out that none of the donations were tax deductible. They also found out that previously she had pulled the same scheme with pit bull rescue and took funds for that too. IT is people that the woman in our area that spoil it for everyone.

Some people must have no conscience. And no belief in karma. I suppose she thinks she's only stealing from humans...it never occurs to her that by turning people off charity she's stealing from animals too.
