On Friday, we had to let sweet little Ajax go to heaven. My little trooper Yorkie was 18 years and 4 months. We shared a wonderful life together, the only way I can miss him more is if I was any bigger.  |

Oh (((Cactus))), I am so very, very sorry. It is so hard to say goodbye :-(. I hope you can take some comfort in the wonderful life you were able to give Ajax all these years.

I am sorry for your loss. ((hugs)). I understand how that feels, I Iost my Taz (chihuahua) on January 5th and it is a hard thing to move on from. ((Cactus)) you gave him the best life I'm sure.

Thank you all so much! I thought I posted a pic of him but it didn't go through.
It was hard getting through Christmas, DH & I pretty much just sobbed. Aero is looking for his buddy every day.
I had an eye opener when one of our delivery guys who is 22 years old said "Ajax was born when I was only 4 years old". It made me realize what a good long life we had together!

(((Cactus))) It's so hard to say goodbye! I lost one of my dogs a little over a year ago. The other night I had a dream about her and it was a good dream. I felt like she was letting me know she was okay and waiting for me!

Cactus I am so so sorry. We love them just like people! I know how you feel. I lost my maltese at 12 in the summer. At first Bubba was lonely but he came around really well. Hugs to you guys. Only time will help you. How blessed were you to have the dog for 18 years, amazing.

18 years is an entirely full life for a dog. It sounds like you gave him a wonderful one too.
