Yes, that is my cat tree and I would have no problem with that price.
It usually is in the high $70s or low $80 price wise. It is definitely worth it.
The price drop that Shirley and I got comes about once a year and it is gone now.

We paid $53.99 but like I said, that is a once a year price.
It is only $12 more now which is still a kick ass price for it.
