I guess I'm getting old because the school year has hit me hard and I'm not listing as much as I usually do.
Over the summer, I opted into the anchor store and forgot to downgrade it last month. When I tried to downgrade, they said they'd charge for it, so I figured I'd stick it out.
I just got my November invoice. It was double my October one! I'm panicking!
Looking at it, they charged me on Nov. 15 for my Oct-Nov store subscription AND for my Nov-Dec one! I looked back on my Oct invoice and they had charged me for Sept-Oct, so I guess it's correct but geez. Give a woman a heads up.
I guess this is the only time it'll be like this, but it's sure not the month to double my fees!
Is anyone else seeing this this month???

Is it your renewal month for the annual subscription?

Have you been double billed since August? If not then that is what it's from. If you already were, you need to call them.
My renewal month was October and I was double billed this month. I just paid it off. It was pretty brutal but I knew it was coming.

I've had it happen in the past. IIRC, it had to do with the billing is on a 30 day cycle, not a monthly cycle. I think mine was in the February/March time frame, though. I just looked at my account that has the mid-month cut-off, and it only shows one month's billing.
