Electric Pressure Cooker Recipe Thread

Since a few of us do have electric pressure cookers, I thought it would be fun to share some of the recipes we have tested and liked! 

I made potatoes in mine tonight as a side dish. They were cooked PERFECTLY!

Mine has a browning feature so I didnt have to use a skillet to brown the potatoes. Not sure if I would brown next time honestly, unless I want them super crisp.

I need to expand out with my pressure cooker. I basically use it for kidney beans to make my Indian recipe. And I do the pinto beans. I remember making french dips in a pressure cooker when I was in a middle school cooking class.
