I have some stuff double listed on ebay/Tradesy but not all my listings. On Friday morning I received a BO on a Brooks Brothers cashmere sweater and accepted. Before I could get back home from the store and cancel the Tradesy listing it sold on Tradsey, too! Of course the ebay buyer still hasn't paid, but I figured I still better cancel on Tradesy just to be safe because there is more of a consequence on ebay. Well after I cancelled I received an email from Tradsey stating if you cancel too many items you can lose your privilege of selling there. Just wanted to let you guys know because I was unaware of that. Of course it was a pretty huge coincidence the item sold then almost immediately sold again. And I don't have more than maybe 20-30 items double listed but for anyone who has a lot, the possibility would of course be increased.

I had to cancel twice on there in almost 2 years of listing. As long as it's not too often you should be fine.

I had to cancel a sale last week too. I don't think I received any emails about it.
I don't sell enough there to care about losing the privilege to sell there.

And the irony here is that I just had to file a non-paying buyer on Ebay because the buyer still hasn't paid

Be sure to check and recheck any pieces you have deleted on Tradesy because they sold on eBay. (I delete mine manually as I've severed automatic connection between the two sites because Tradesy kept dropping my eBay pieces when they aged off unsold). Tradesy keeps adding back some pieces I've manually removed. That could result in selling something there that has long been sold on eBay.
ETA: I actually contacted them about this problem and while you can still see the "removed" item in your store, when you go to the actual listing it says "This item has been sold". They are working on the glitch. At least it shouldn't lead to a double sale problem.

I had to cancel Tradesy sales maybe 6 times in 1.5 years... had no idea it might have consequences... one time I found damage, one time items sold on ebay and Tradesy within couple hours before I had chance to remove and couple times I was 100% sure I removed them, but they ended up active again.

I did finally get paid from the ebay buyer, fingers crossed no problems there!
