ETA: My niece and her BF just stopped in for a bite to eat between classes and work. For what I need it for, he approved the purchase I was considering - a cheap tablet my sister can play FB style games on while she's bedridden. Something she can take to the hospital and if it disappears, it's not a lot of cash down the drain. So now rather than a question I guess this is a PSA for anyone else who may need a basic tablet on the cheap. They also have it on newegg refurbished for $39 with free shipping. www.walmart.com/ip/Nobis-9-Tablet-8GB-Memory-Dual-Core/31427526

Nice for your sister and you are a good sister to her. I may get one of these for that price and in the reviews someone said they had found a keyboard to go with it. The keyboard is a necessity for me. Thanks for telling us about it.

I saw it somewhere with the keyboard for $59.99. Probably on Google Shopping.

Wow, that tablet was $39.99 at Wal-Mart when I first linked to it. It was a good deal for that price. For $60 you can probably find others that are comparable. Glad I found it when I did.
