Question # 1: A buyer purchased two identical items by mistake, paid for both, and then explained the situation and asked to cancel one of them. I did and a refund was automatically sent. Do I have to do something else to keep the buyer from getting a UPI reminder when the 4 days are up?
Question # 2: For the first time I have a number of listings with BO on them. I did put in both an amount for automatic acceptance and also an amount for automatic refusal. On one item purchased, I can see where the buyer put in three bids before getting an automatic acceptance. Is there some way to see which, if any, other listings have had offers that were automatically rejected?

I don't have any listed with BO right now, but remember this: In my selling manager view of items listed on the far right for a listing with BO, open the drop down menu for options and there's one. I don't remember the exact wording, something about checking on offers.

For Q2, I go to my Active selling page and find the item you want. On the right hand side it says "Review All Offers". If you click on that it should show automatically declined offers.

If you are not seeing it, you can check mark it by clicking on "Customize" on the right side of your screen, directly across from the "Active Listings" heading.

To answer question #1: No you don't have to do anything else. As long as Ebay sent you an email saying it was canceled the buyer should be ok. As far as I know once you cancel an order you can't then turn around and ask for payment.

Thanks so much for reminding me about the Custom feature. I had totally forgotten all about it!
