The thing I don't like is the apostrophe in America's. That is bad English. America is favorite brand isn't correct! Is there an RN anywhere to compare?

They use America's Favorite on t-shirts, ads and promos:
Lucky Brand began crafting great-fitting, vintage-inspired jeans in Los Angeles in 1990, quickly earning the title of "America's favorite." Founded on the premise of progressing the rich heritage of denim with new technological innovations, we took an authentic approach to doing everything, down to the tiniest detail, weaving our love of life into every stitch and seam. The idea caught on, and we opened our first store in 1995.

Bad grammer is everywhere!! Right? I do have that right, right? 's indicates "is" always? I'm a little fried, been listing all day.

That is grammatically correct. Apostrophe s is possessive. If there were no apostrophe, it would be plural.

Don't know about the tag, but I agree that grammar is correct. The apostrophe implies the possessive or ownership.

Thanks everyone. Shirley you answered my vintage question. I didn't know they started in the 90's.
