I bought a new book on Amazon and received an obviously used book. The seller enclosed a packing slip with a handwritten message asking me to rate them on Amazon. Instead, I emailed the seller and expressed my disappointment in receiving a used book when I selected and paid for a new book. The seller did not respond.
Now Amazon has sent me an email asking me to review my purchase. It's a bit confusing because it takes me to a link to review the book. That explains why sometimes the reviews are about the sellers rather than the items.
How does one rate the seller?

I found it. You have to look in your buying account. I probably won't leave a rating, but at least now I know how it works.
