I have previously used an option to request customer service call me. It worked much better than being on hold. I can not find that option anymore. Can anyone help me?
My problem is about a purchase I made. I received something not as described, started nicely with an "other" message to seller. That got me nowhere. Opened a request. Seller admits item wrong but insists I pay for shipping. Now I can't escalate to a case. The button to ask ebay to step in has disappeared due to them offering to accept return.

Hi - answered you in the other place. That option isn't always available.
